Special Projects

  • Access Services Desk Merger (Summer 2006 - Summer 2007)

The work groups were responsible for creating and implementing a desk scheduling plan, a staff cross-training plan, and a student assistant cross-training plan. The merger, which has now been in effect for over a year, has proven to be successful. Access Service staff members have greatly expanded their skill sets, our patrons are better served, and we have taken advantage of several staffing efficiencies.
